本レートは、予約総額の100％を事前に支払うことを条件とする料金プランです。

到着日の45日前まで：無料でキャンセルおよび／または変更が可能です。

■ 予約手続きについて

予約は、支払い証明の確認をもってのみ有効となります。

■ 適用条件

1予約につき、最大2回まで変更および／またはキャンセルが可能です。
予約内容を変更する場合、変更後の料金および条件が異なる場合がありますので、確定前に必ずご確認ください。

■ 税金について

宿泊（1室1泊）には、スペイン国内宿泊税10％が含まれています。
スポーツプログラムには、付加価値税（VAT）21％が含まれます。

プログラムおよび宿泊契約に関する一般条件
Rafa Nadal Academy by Movistar & Rafa Nadal Sports Centre

1. 本一般条件は、以下に適用されます。
   ・Rafa Nadal Academy by Movistar & Rafa Nadal Sports Centre（以下RNA）が提供するスポーツプログラム
   ・RNA施設内での宿泊

2. RNAは、父母または保護者（以下クライアント）の子（以下プレーヤー）に対し、契約された各プログラムを提供します。
   参加者が成人の場合、本書におけるクライアントとプレーヤーは同義とします。
   クライアントは、施設内容およびプログラム内容を理解した上で契約するものとします。

3. 以下の書類は本契約の一部を構成します。
   ・経済条件書（予約確認書）：料金、キャンセル条件、支払条件等
   ・行動規範（Code of Conduct）：RNAにおける生活および行動ルール
   ※成人プログラムおよび宿泊のみの場合は行動規範は適用されません。

4. クライアントは経済条件書に基づく支払義務を履行し、プレーヤーは行動規範および内部規則を遵守するものとします。

5. RNAは、ビザ取得に必要な招待状や登録確認書を発行することがありますが、ビザ申請の結果や遅延について一切の責任を負いません。
   ビザおよび滞在許可の取得は、クライアントの責任となります。

6. クライアントは、RNAスタッフの引率のもとで行われる施設外アクティビティへの参加を承諾します。

7. プレーヤーは、スペインの大手保険会社による医療保険に加入しています。
   ※成人および通学型プログラムは対象外。監督付き週単位テニスプログラムのみ適用。

8. 緊急時や保護者と連絡が取れない場合、RNAは医療上最善と判断される対応を行う権限を有します。

9. クライアントは、スポーツ活動および移動に伴うリスク（重傷、後遺障害、死亡を含む）を理解した上で、参加を承諾するものとします。

10. プログラムへの登録をもって、クライアントおよびプレーヤーは本契約条件を完全に承諾したものとみなされます。
    RNAは、プログラム中に撮影された写真や動画を、広報・広告目的で使用する権利を有します（書面による拒否がない場合）。

11. 安全確保のため、施設内には監視カメラが設置されています。

12. 記載されているすべての料金には、適用される税金が含まれています。

13. プログラム参加枠は、初回支払の受領および各条件への同意をもって確定します。

14. 支払期限が守られない場合、RNAは登録を取り消す権利を有します。

15. 行動規範違反により退学となった場合、当日キャンセル（0日前）としてキャンセル規定が適用されます。

16. クライアントの判断による途中退学の場合も、キャンセル規定が適用されます。

17. その他の条件
    ・施設内での紛失、盗難についてRNAは責任を負いません
    ・医療情報、予防接種記録の提出が必要です（成人を除く）
    ・食物アレルギーがある場合、医師の診断書が必要です（成人を除く）

18. 個人情報は、スペインの個人情報保護法に基づき厳重に管理されます。

19. 成人はRafa Nadal Sports Centreに宿泊します。
    チェックインは15:00以降、チェックアウトは10:00まで。
    13歳以下の子ども用エキストラベッド（要リクエスト・有料）あり。
    ペットの同伴は不可です。

20. 本契約に関する紛争は、スペイン法を準拠法とし、パルマ・デ・マヨルカ裁判所を専属管轄とします。

FLEXIBLE RATE WITH EARLY PAYMENT – 10% DISCOUNT

Rate Conditions
10% ADVANCE PAYMENT DISCOUNT

The 10% ADVANCE PAYMENT DISCOUNT rate implies an advance payment of 100% of the total amount of the reservation.

Cancelable and/or modifiable without charge up to 45 days before arrival.
Cancellation and/or modification less than 45 days before arrival or No Show, implies a penalty of 100% of the amount of the reservation.

Reservation Process

The confirmation of the reservation will be effective exclusively with the corresponding proof of payment.

You will receive a second email with the final confirmation of the reservation once we have processed the payment of the advance (100% of the total amount).

Prices valid for individual reservations exclusively, not applicable to groups (reservations of more than 7 participants).

This Rate allows a maximum of 2 modifications and/or cancellations per reservation.
If you modify the reservation, check the new price and its conditions before confirming the change, as they may vary.

National taxes
10% for accommodation in room and night already included in the price.
Sports programs include 21% VAT.

The establishment reserves the right to pre-authorize the credit card before arrival.

GENERAL APPLICABLE CONDITIONS FOR CONTRACTING PROGRAMS AND ACCOMMODATION
Rafa Nadal Academy by Movistar & Rafa Nadal Sports Centre

1. The general conditions detailed in this document are applicable for the contracting of:

a. Sports Programs with the Rafa Nadal Academy by Movistar & Rafa Nadal Sports Centre (hereinafter RNA), developed by CENTRE ESPORTIU MANACOR S.L. Said program may or may not include accommodations, maintenance and/or supervised services in the RNA facilities.

b. Accommodation at RNA.

2. RNA is responsible for providing the services for each program hired for the son or daughter (hereinafter Player) of the father, mother or guardian (hereinafter Client).
   If the person who performs the sports program or stays at RNA is an adult, for the nomenclature of this document Client equals Player and vice versa.
   The Client declares to know the characteristics of the facilities, as well as the content of the tennis program(s) and/or education offered by RNA respectively and is/are contracted in this act.

3. The following two documents are part of this contract:

a. Economic Conditions (Booking Confirmation), where the price, rate, cancellation conditions, arrival and departure date, due dates and payment methods of the chosen programs are explained.

b. Code of Conduct, where the rules of coexistence are established that guide the behavior of the RNA community. Not applicable to adult programs or accommodation.

4. The Client undertakes to comply with the payment terms set out in the Economic Conditions document, and the Player agrees to respect the rules contained in the Code of Conduct, as well as the internal complementary regulations in effect during the duration of the program and given to the Player upon arrival.

5. RNA can provide Players with an invitation letter and confirmation of registration necessary to obtain a visa.
   RNA is not directly involved nor responsible for the visa application process, nor for delays, approval or rejection.
   The Client is solely responsible for processing the necessary permits to formalize the Player’s stay in Spain.

6. The Client authorizes RNA to carry out activities with the Player outside the center to attend recreational activities, accompanied by coaches, teachers or guardians.

7. The Player is covered by a health insurance policy issued by one of the leading insurance companies in Spain.
   A copy of the policy conditions, including coverage limits, is available to the Client.
   Not applicable to adults and children with no boarding program. Only applicable for supervised children having contracted weekly tennis programs.

8. In the event that the Player requires medical attention, hospitalization or surgery, and RNA personnel cannot locate parents or guardians, or in case of emergency, RNA is authorized to make decisions deemed most appropriate for the Player’s health based on medical recommendations.

9. The Client who hires a tennis and/or education program assumes full and exclusive responsibility for the risks involved in the practice of sport and transportation, whether public or private.
   The Client voluntarily and expressly authorizes participation knowing the inherent risks, including long-term injuries, incapacitating injuries or death.

10. Enrollment in the program implies full acceptance by the Player and the Client.
    RNA reserves the right to use photographs, videos or other material obtained from Players during participation for advertising purposes unless otherwise expressed in writing.

11. For security reasons, RNA uses surveillance cameras. This material may be observed by authorized personnel.

12. The Client agrees to pay the corresponding amount for the program and any supplementary services according to the Economic Conditions document.
    All prices include applicable taxes.

13. A spot in the program is confirmed only upon receipt of the first payment and acceptance of the General Conditions, Economic Conditions and Code of Conduct.

14. Failure to make any payment within the agreed terms entitles RNA to cancel the Player’s enrollment.

15. RNA reserves the right to permanently expel the Player according to the Code of Conduct.
    In this case, the cancellation policy will apply considering termination notice of 0 days.

16. If the Client decides that the Player should not continue the program, the cancellation policy stated in the Economic Conditions will apply.

17. Other specific conditions:

a. RNA is not responsible for loss, theft or robbery. Valuables are not recommended inside the facilities.
b. All candidates must complete the medical form, provide vaccination records and declare special educational needs (not applicable to adults).
c. Information on food allergies must be provided with a medical certificate (not applicable to adults).

18. In accordance with Organic Law 15/1999 on Personal Data Protection (LOPD), personal data is incorporated into a file under RNA responsibility for administrative, academic and accounting management.
    Clients may exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition at RNA or via email at playersdesk@rafanadalacademy.com.

19. Adults will always be accommodated at Rafa Nadal Sports Centre.
    Check-in from 15:00 and check-out by 10:00.
    One extra bed for children up to 13 years old may be added upon request with a supplement.
    Pets are not allowed.

20. Any dispute arising from this agreement shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Palma de Mallorca under Spanish law.

AUTHORIZATION OF THE FATHER, MOTHER OR LEGAL GUARDIAN OF THE MINOR

The Client authorizes the Player to reside and/or attend RNA during the agreed stay, accepting the General Conditions, Economic Conditions and Code of Conduct.
The Client also authorizes medical treatment for the minor if required.
